Unilateral's approach
I'm Dr. Hilary Coleman. I'm an introvert, I'm awkward in social situations, I love chocolate, cups of tea, running and reading, but most of all I love teaching.
I've had more than 15 years of experience in education, having been both a permanent school teacher and now a university senior lecturer. I've worked with many hundreds of students to reach their full potential.
Unfortunately, the university statistics for attrition and poor mental health are not positive and that's something I'm working to do something about. Whether I can help you with my free resources on YouTube, my free New Uni Student Checklist and Uni Glossary, or one of my on-demand courses or a school presentation, I'm so glad you're here - welcome to the start of the rest of your child's/student's life!
I'm also a big believer in making sure my students always benefit from the evidence. It's too easy in education for someone to sell a quick fix. That's why you'll find all the sources for anything I distil and present for you in the About page so you can check it out for yourself.
